It is a stone fruit, that means having a large seed in it. It struts as having impressive nutritional profile. Mango is low in calories but full of nutrients.
A cup of sliced mango gives about
- 100 kcal,
- 2- 3 gm of fibers,
- 1- 2 gm proteins,
- very low fats,

- Vit B6 about 11 -12 %*
- Vit A about 10-12 %*
- Potassium about 6-7 % *

There are different kinds of mangoes. They vary in shape, color, flavor and seed size. The skin color may differ but the inner flesh is mostly golden yellow and yummy.....
