    In the previous part of mango we have seen 'How raw mango promotes health'. In this article we will see the health benefits of Mango. Yesss.... everyone's favorite, the king of fruits, mango is a superfood. 

    It is a stone fruit, that means having a large seed in it. It struts as having impressive nutritional profile. Mango is low in calories but full of nutrients.

    A cup of sliced mango gives about 

  • 100 kcal, 
  • 2- 3 gm of fibers,  
  • 1- 2 gm proteins, 
  • very low fats,  
  • Vit C about 60 to 70 % *
  • Copper about 20%* 
  • Vit B6 about 11 -12 %* 
  •  Vit A about 10-12 %* 
  • Potassium about 6-7 % * 
  • Manganese about 4 -5 %* 
  • Vit E about 9 -10 % *

    There are different kinds of mangoes. They vary in shape, color, flavor and seed size. The skin color may differ but the inner flesh is mostly golden yellow and yummy.....
